Our facilities are composed of various departments, sections through which the milk passes to the desired final product. Starting the routine in the milk loading dock, where we do the receipt, storage and processing moves to the manufacturing room of the same, which comprises the manufacture of tanks, and filler shapes. Here the cheese is made by the hands of a highly specialized team.
The manufacturing goes to the cooling chambers where it gives the cheese ripening with washings.
In the facilities also consist a healing venue and complementary areas, that are the product shipping point.
